Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets allowed, Max weight 30 lb each

One time Fee $275.00 per pet
Deposit $125.00 per pet, refundable upon move-out
Rent $20.00 per pet, per month
Cats - allowed
Dogs - allowed

No pets less than 1 year in age.
Restrictions: Certain aggressive breeds may be restricted. Aggressive breeds may include, but not limited to:
Rottweilers
Chows
Dobermans
Akitas
Pit Bulls
Presa-Canario
Cane-Corso
Wolf-hybrids
Or a mix of any of the above breads, and any dog with a history of biting, injuring any person or animal or damaging property
